What a epic good morning!!!!! Antares is doing awesome and Qtip is a very happy kitty. I am sanding the walls today and final patching. The drywall bag is being emptied and the bucket with the drywall puddy. I am also looking at the boards on the deck and might have to replace some this year. Just getting old and starting to look a bit rough.

So one of my future jobs are pretty big here, They would like a steel roof done on the house. I did the garage for them a while ago and they love it.

Still needs the facia done but once that happens the roof should bee good to go for now. Keeps the inside dry and the weather to the outside for now. I also have to build a chimney done so they can have heat in the garage.

So I am hoping they can get the steel for the roof soon enough. I am also slowly getting things done with the inside if the house like I have been talking about. I have to go into the garage and eventualy getting the place cleanned up on the inside.

Oh one more thing I am working on getting the grass and long growth knocked down outside. So, so much getting done around here that I hope it brings a smile to my parents face knowing their house is becoming a home. One patch at a time.

So I must depart for now and I will be back later as I have some things I want to chat with you about. Just some things that have been leaving lasting thoughts in my mind as of late.
